One thing you should know is that writing an effective cover letter from concept to completion is a very difficult task to some people. There is nothing wrong with this because research and writing either the cover letter or any type of academic piece is not a solitary process. You can borrow ideas from any source. Make a good first impression and leave no minor details hanging or erroneous. The content of your covering letter must be meaty and at the same time concise. Limit yourself to a single page and do not go beyond that. Few people would really take the time to reach page two.
This should be done in an objective and professional matter and never be angry or inflammatory. Once your letter is done you will sign it and it will be ready to go.
