You can add images or designs and special fonts. Again you must be careful not to get too creative and make your resume become too much of burden for someone to read. While a creative director may appreciate a unique resume a banker on the other hand will most likely be confused and will not be calling you in for an interview. One nice thing about creating a resume online using resume format samples is that you can actually complete your resume within the program adding all of the vital information that is needed and then take a look at the different ways the resume looks with the different resume format samples. It is nice to see a variety of samples from which to choose particularly when you are creating something as important as a resume.
You may also want to visit your local newspaper office. If the product or service is of importance in a narrow geographic area then it is easy to obtain what is necessary by using this method. In addition if you can talk to an editor or news reporter they may even be willing to help you write your press release. They may even be able to provide a sample press release format for other news agencies that they are affiliated with. Finally it is important to consider other media outlets; Information is transmitted every day via radio or TV and they too need some material for reading on the air.
In a contact center especially an outsourcing company this is actually the core competency. For companies or business departments focusing on production this isn t as important. It is actually a matter of first establishing what your core competencies are. The next item that ca be included is ownership of the problem. This can be viewed two-ways. If the employee is part of a contact center it means problem-solving skills and ownership of a problem with regard to a customer s issue. If it is in a non contact-center scenario it is being accountable and avoiding finger pointing. Another item to be included is productivity.
