In a contact center especially an outsourcing company this is actually the core competency. For companies or business departments focusing on production this isn t as important. It is actually a matter of first establishing what your core competencies are. The next item that ca be included is ownership of the problem. This can be viewed two-ways. If the employee is part of a contact center it means problem-solving skills and ownership of a problem with regard to a customer s issue. If it is in a non contact-center scenario it is being accountable and avoiding finger pointing. Another item to be included is productivity.
If a student can learn how to format his essay independently he will save a handsome amount of money that can be spent on future necessities. In addition independent knowledge of how to format an essay will prevent a student from losing time with his campus writing center or writing tutor. The student may be part of the local debate team in an honor club ensemble or student organization and juggles his time amidst many things. Any amount of time that the student can save will benefit him or her in the long run. Perhaps the extra time can be spent preparing for midterms and finals major class projects or perhaps time with family and friends---activities that in some sense are just as important as academic responsibilities.

Both are relevant and are use according to target population and the criterion. The most important thing that needs to be kept in mind is the formulation of the sampling process. Utmost attention should be given to it while doing so. It is the most important market research technique that is used.
