You can use these free ready-made templates as they are by uploading them to your newsletter management program. You can alternatively customize them by modifying the coding file which is attached to them. In order to edit the HTML file you will need an HTML editor. There are several ones which can be downloaded for free such as Nvu. If you do not know how to use HTML you can still modify the newsletter template using user-friendly HTML editors. These editors are usually referred to as WYSIWYG editors. The WYSIWYG stands for what you see is what you get. This kind of editors can be used by those who do not master HTML.
Before beginning to search for a sample press release format it is important to give some thought to which publications your feature is going to appear it. From there it is easy to go to the companies websites and look for submission guidelines.
